B | 　　煤炭是我国基础能源，在能源供应体系中发挥着重要基础保障和系统调节作用。根据规划，在有序推进接续产能建设方面，“十五五”时期，新增产能必须纳入产能“一本账”后组织实施。各类型煤矿新增产能要严格执行产能置换政策。在持续加强煤炭稳产稳供方面，研究建立重点产煤省区协同生产机制，推动市场平稳运行。
